I’ll them negative Before going here, I saw the negative reviews and honestly thought, “It can’t be that bad.” Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be even worse than I expected. I brought my vehicle in because of a knocking noise coming from the front right side. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as a defective shock and insisted it needed to be replaced. I paid for the repair expecting the issue to be fixed. After the shock was replaced, the exact same knocking noise was still there. I returned multiple times and explained that the problem had not been resolved. Instead of taking the time to properly re-inspect the vehicle or stand behind their diagnosis, the manager repeatedly dismissed my concerns and acted as if he could not hear the noise. Then I went to different mechanics and they said it was the shock. The one that they replaced. I told him I just replace he checked there and said everything else is fine but the shock is making the noise there. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that they were very focused on getting paid, but when the repair failed to solve the problem, there was no interest in making it righ

Last time I went their to change my break pad and they say u hv to change rooters also I says ok and the bill start from 300$ goes to 550$ Even this did not diminish their greed. Than they says u hv to change ur break clipper also i say its good y u want to changed but ok if u want now the bill is going to 970 $ they dont stop here after that they says ur shake observers must be replace no the bill is going to 1500$ and 3 hrs they dont bring/order any part and the mechanics came to my car for 1 mint then go to next car than next next than after 30 mint come to me its waist my 4 hours and doing nothing finally I request them plz down back my cars ur just waisting 4 hrs …. Than I change brakes pad my own with 90$ cost and come back on road instead of 1500$ ….. i realized punjab auto repair Long Island on 21st st are biggest thief

Done my inspection here allingment outer tire rod And link pins very good service ask for ali he is very good and cooperative done my whole job in 2 hours good service nice place

I visited this shop at the end of December. They initially charged me for a full four-tire alignment almost 125$ i have original bill ,but only did the front tires, saying if I replaced a part, I’d get the rear alignment later. After replacing the part, I returned. They did the front tires again and charged me $81. When I asked about the rear tires, they claimed they don’t do rear alignments. How can it be possible that you initially charge for all four tires and then later say you only do the front? They sent me to another shop, where I paid again to have all tires aligned properly. No warranty, no proper resolution—they just charged me repeatedly. People should know this is how they treat customers.

Had damage to my front bumper and front right panel as well as damaged turn signal and they did it all for a reasonable cash price. Paint job looked great and they even touched up parts that weren’t damaged but scratched. Couldn’t be happier with their body work.
